Local Government Act 1972, Section 85

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a casual vacancy has arisen in the office of Councillor for Farmborough Parish Council following the failure of Agnes Nowak to attend meetings of the Parish Council for a period of six consecutive months.

An election to fill the vacancies will be held if, within 14 days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays) from the date of this notice, a request for an election is made in writing by TEN local government electors for the Parish.

If no such request is made, the vacancies will be filled by co-option by the Parish Council.
