WERN Village Agent

Maria Edwards is the local Village Agent for the West of England Rural Network (WERN). She covers the parishes of Camerton, Farmborough, Farrington Gurney, Hallatrow, High Littleton and Timsbury.

Village Agents offer confidential, free, independant information and advice to help individuals make informed chpices about their lives, both future and present. This can range from information about transport to medical appointments, fire safety checks, social isolation and benefit claims plus a lot more. Anyone over the age of 19 can refer themselves, and during the pandemic contact will be by telephone. Family and friends may also refer someone, but only with their consent.
